Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Zippost is operated by REALTAI Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Zippost", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using Zippost you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Zippost on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means the business.
You sign in with Google; Google's terms govern your Google account, and we receive limited profile information (name, email, avatar) as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Help → Your account & data); deletion permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zippost to create and manage social-media content for brands you own or are authorized to represent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You own your content. As between you and Zippost, you own everything you upload or provide — logos, fonts, documents, copy, brand information ("Your Content").
Limited license to us. You grant Zippost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to reformat for display or generation), and display Your Content solely to provide, secure, and support the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems.
Your representations. You represent that you own or have secured all rights necessary for us to use Your Content as described here. In particular, uploaded fonts are often licensed rather than owned — you represent that your font licenses permit this use.
When you provide a website URL, you authorize Zippost to access, crawl, and process that site and its content (text, images, design elements) to build your brand kit and generate content, and you represent that you own or control that site or are authorized by its owner to grant this authorization. Only scan sites you have the right to submit.
Zippost uses third-party AI models — currently Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) — to generate text and images ("Output") from your prompts, brand kit, and Your Content ("Input").
You agree not to use Zippost to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Where practicable we will tell you the reason, and you may appeal by contacting support — we will review and decide again.
Zippost interoperates with third-party services (Google, Stripe, AI model providers, and the social platforms you publish to). Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
Zippost owns the service, software, and everything about it other than Your Content and your Output. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you.
We respond to copyright notices under 17 U.S.C. §512. See our DMCA Policy for the notice and counter-notice procedure and our designated agent's contact details. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You may stop using Zippost or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. If we terminate other than for your breach, you will have a reasonable window to export your content, and we delete account data within 30 days of account deletion (except where retention is legally required).
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. ZIPPOST DOES NOT CONTROL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUTPUT GENERATED BY THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS.
You will indemnify and hold Zippost harmless from claims arising out of (a) Your Content and the content you publish, (b) breach of your representations or these Terms, including the website-scanning authorization, and (c) your use of Output in trade or commerce, including trademark claims.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply to indemnification obligations, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Before filing a claim, you and Zippost agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days after written notice (limitation periods are tolled during this window). Except for small-claims matters and intellectual-property injunctions, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you and Zippost each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@zippost.ai. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by the same or coordinated counsel, the claims will be resolved in consolidated batches of up to 50 with limitation periods tolled for waiting claimants; if this batching provision is held unenforceable such that claims would proceed as a class arbitration, this entire arbitration section is void. Claims must be brought within one year of accruing. These Terms are governed by California law.
We may update these Terms; for materially adverse changes we will give at least 30 days' notice (email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
