This policy describes how Zippost collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use zippost.app and related services. For business accounts, Zippost acts as a processor for any personal data contained in content you upload about your own customers.
To provide and improve the service (build your brand kit, generate content, maintain your learning style guide); to process payments and send required subscription notices; to provide support; to secure the service and prevent abuse; and to understand product usage. We do not use your content or generated output to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI providers to do so. Your inputs are sent to AI model providers solely to generate your content.
We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay: with your consent, it records interactions with the app (clicks, navigation, scrolls, and console logs) so we can fix bugs and improve the product. Input fields are masked, payment pages are never recorded, and we do not record visitors who are not signed in. You can turn session recording off at any time in Help → "Session recording." PostHog processes this data as our service provider and may not use it for its own purposes.
We use cookies for sign-in sessions (essential) and analytics (PostHog). We do not use advertising cookies or pixels. Do Not Track: our service does not respond to browser DNT signals. Global Privacy Control: because we do not sell or share personal information (§6), there is no sale/share for a GPC signal to opt out of; if that ever changes, we will honor GPC signals and say so here. Third parties (PostHog, Stripe) may collect information over time as you use the service, solely to provide their services to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers acting on our instructions:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in a merger/acquisition (with notice). A current subprocessor list is available on request at privacy@zippost.ai.
You can, at any time, in the app: export your data (Help → Export my data), delete your account and data (Help → Delete my account), correct your brand information, and turn off session recording. Depending on your state or country, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to appeal a decision — email privacy@zippost.ai and we will respond within the legally required time (45 days for California requests). We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and vendor data-processing agreements. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your unencrypted personal information as required by law.
Zippost is a business tool, not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Zippost is operated from the United States and data is processed in the US. If you use Zippost from outside the US, you consent to this transfer.
